Who Am I?

Raisa Bernal is a legal professional with years of experience, who began her academic training at the University of Panama, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science. She continued her academic preparation at the University of Costa Rica, where she pursued a Master’s degree in Criminal Sciences as a scholarship student sponsored by the German government. She also holds specializations from the University of Pisa, Italy, in Constitutional Justice and Human Rights. She is a qualified professional duly authorized to practice before the Accusatorial Criminal Justice System in the Republic of Panama. Currently, she continues to receive training and ongoing education in all areas of law she practices, in view of the constant legislative, administrative, and jurisprudential changes that arise, as the profession remains in constant evolution.

Her current professional practice is focused on criminal, constitutional, administrative, civil, and family law, jurisdictions in which she is recognized for her abilities and successful outcomes for her clients.
